DR-300L Inspection & Defect Review Station An optical inspection station with a Load Port Module (LPM) for Front Opening Unified Pods (FOUPs) or Front Opening Shipping Boxes (FOSBs). DR-300C Inspection & Defect Review Station An optical inspection station using cassette wafer handling technology. Kinetek Inkless Inspection Station An optical inspection station developed specifically for post-dicing inspection that eliminates the need for die inking.
Clean room assembly available System manufacturing can be done in our Washington facility's Class 1000 clean room, which is constructed for future upgrade to class 100. Systems can be fully constructed, calibrated, tested, and qualified inside the clean room. All system components are cleaned before entering the clean room, and the system is put through a final clean and then double wrapped before exiting the clean room for packaging and shipment to a customer site.
